1. Company Information

These services are provided by SIA ANREX (brand: LovelyRiga), a company registered in Latvia.

2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2.2. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

2.3. You must provide accurate contact information and any special requirements at the time of booking.

2.4. Minimum age requirements apply to certain activities. Please check the specific activity page for details.

3.1. All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

3.3. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the original price.

4.1. Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before the activity start time for a full refund.

4.2. Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of the activity are non-refundable.

4.3. No-Show: Failure to appear at the designated pickup time without notice will result in no refund.

4.4. Weather Conditions: If we cancel an activity due to weather or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5.1. We commit to providing services as described on our website.

5.2. We will provide qualified guides and safe equipment for all activities.

5.3. We reserve the right to modify or cancel activities due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

6.1. Arrive at the pickup location on time.

6.2. Follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.

6.3. Inform us of any medical conditions or physical limitations before the activity.

6.4. Behave responsibly and respect other participants and staff.

6.5. Do not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs (unless the activity specifically involves moderate drinking, such as pub crawls).

7.1. Participation in our activities is at your own risk.

7.2. We carry public liability insurance for all activities.

7.3. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.

7.4. We are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.

8.1. We may take photos and videos during activities for promotional purposes.

8.2. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff at the start of the activity.

9.1. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9.2. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.

10.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

10.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia.
